(EHS) offers supported living services that are delivered in a highly personalized manner; the supported living services aim to help individuals become self-reliant. These services are adapted to the special needs and preferences of the participants in accordance with their individual plan(s) – Person-Centered Planning (PCP). Under Supported Living Services, our participants have access to a wide variety of supports ranging from training to coordination and supervision, assistance with finding apartments and roommates based on their preferences and choices, overseeing their quality management, etc. Our program lineups are uniquely designed to enhance self-direction and problem-solving skills.
